Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Animation Lead to oversee the creative and operational execution of a specific title. This role demands a balance of artistic leadership, technical proficiency, and team coordination to ensure that production timelines, creative standards, and storytelling goals are met. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with AI-assisted animation tools and a deep understanding of motion graphics, storyboarding, and visual storytelling. Responsibilities: Content Production - Lead the charge in upholding the highest standards of content quality and production schedules. - Maintain exceptional creative standards throughout the production process, transforming visions into captivating realities. - Animate complex or key scenes where required to maintain quality benchmarks and visual impact. Team Leadership - Lead a team of animators, providing feedback and creative direction across screenplay, storyboarding, and animation stages. - Mentor and guide team members to optimize workflow efficiency and maintain visual consistency. - Collaborate closely with writers, directors, and editors to ensure the visual narrative aligns with storytelling objectives. Technology & Tools - Demonstrate proficiency in AI-based animation and motion graphics tools, including but not limited to Runway, Pika, Seedance, and Midjourney. - Understand, evaluate, and implement new technologies and software to enhance animation pipelines and overall visual quality. Stakeholder Management - Collaborate seamlessly with editorial and production teams to align creative vision with business goals and deliverables. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in media, animation, communications, or a related creative field. - Minimum 3+ years of relevant work experience in animation, motion graphics, or art production. - Proven experience in video production and content creation workflows. - Strong ability to lead creative teams, manage multiple projects, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality output. - Proficiency in animation and motion graphics, with hands-on experience in AI-assisted tools (Runway, Pika, Seedance, Midjourney). - Creative thinker with a solid grasp of storytelling, cinematic pacing, and visual composition.
