Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign & Event Management

- Organize SDG campaigns including outreach, sponsorships, registrations, contests, evaluation processes, and award ceremonies
- Manage Zoom technology for conducting webinars, events, and other FairGaze activities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and events

School Engagement & Partnerships

- Engage and onboard school associates for multiple webinar categories
- Associate with a minimum of 10 patron schools each month
- Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing school partners
- Manage School Membership Programs and Student Scholarship Programs as per organizational objectives

Brand Promotion & Representation

- Represent FairGaze at events, promoting brand visibility and outreach
- Expand brand presence through both online and offline channels
- Conduct research and outreach to initiate and build brand partnerships

Operational & Support Activities

- Follow up with potential partners and leads to convert engagement opportunities
- Provide client servicing support for various initiatives including Model United Nations
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to support ongoing programs and campaigns

Requirements:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple events effectively
- Interest in public relations, school engagement, and event planning
- Proficiency in virtual event platforms like Zoom
- Self-driven with a proactive approach to outreach and relationship-building
- Basic knowledge of tools such as DSLR, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw, and InDesign
