Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Human Resources Assistant located in Noida. The HR Assistant will handle tasks related to human resources management, benefits administration, and employee training. Responsibilities include maintaining Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), assisting in HR management tasks, and supporting the overall HR functions of the organization.

Qualifications

- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Benefits Administration skills
- Training and employee development skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience in an HR role is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
