Role Overview The Technical Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting our Go-to-Market strategy by educating technical decision makers through technical expertise, product demos, content, and competitive analyses. As a product expert, you will articulate the technical benefits and advantages of our platform to accelerate sales cycles, proof of concepts and product evaluations. You'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales and Marketing teams to benchmark our platform against competitive products, enable our sales engineers on product releases and build compelling demos, videos and trials. Key Responsibilities - Competitive research:Analyze competitors product features, architectures, use cases and performance characteristics. Create and maintain competitive battlecards, win/loss analysis, and objection-handling guides for sales and customer-facing teams. - Sales enablement:Partner closely with Sales Engineering to build repeatable product demos, proof of concept and evaluation guides. Build technical enablement content for upcoming platform releases, features and use cases. - Marketing support: Build compelling product content and demos, videos, blog posts, test drives or hands-on environments for our website, demand gen campaigns and events. - Executive reporting:Gather and synthesize field, market and customer insights into strategic recommendations for Product, Sales, Marketing, and Executive teams. Deliver regular briefings and updates to senior leadership, highlighting risks, opportunities, and market shifts. - Collaboration:Work closely with Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Product Management to ensure competitive insights inform roadmap and GTM decisions. Qualifications - 8+ years of experience in technical roles at B2B SaaS companies such as sales engineering, technical marketing, product management, consulting, professional services, or software engineering. - Prior knowledge and experience with Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Pega Systems or comparable RPA solutions would be a huge plus. - Experience in fast-paced startup environments. - Strong understanding of AI, automation, and enterprise software markets. - Proven ability to analyze complex information and distill it into clear, actionable insights. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with executive audiences. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Preferred Experience - Familiarity with competitive intelligence tools and frameworks. - Experience supporting sales teams with competitive positioning and objection handling. - Background in marketing or analyzing products in the AI or automation space.
