and project management offering in the India Mumbai office and lead our day-to-day delivery of a key framework contract with a banking client whilst also being part of the broader Programme Projects regional team The primary role performed at clients is to deliver client-side commercial fit-out projects both for restacks as well as new build projects Apply in-depth knowledge and expertise to assist in the delivery of work across a range of industries and scale of projects to deliver quality work The Programme Projects service offerings include project management risk management design coordination procurement advisory project controls programme management office PMO support This is term project for the specific time period of 2 yearsDelivering successful projects and Contribute to the commercial success of projects by demonstrating good commercial discipline as well as leading and delivering high quality work aligned to UKIMEA Advisory Services UKIMEA Consulting groups business plan and the Programme and Projects regional business plan Liaise closely with key client stakeholders to facilitate the delivery of set project outcomes Lead and contribute to project planning and scoping by outlining full projects activities and resources required e g time people and skills Lead teams function areas by explicitly setting standards defining quality providing technical and people management support to team members Maintaining regional connections Contribute to the development of methodologies tools thought leadership papers and the Global and Regional Skills Network and the Regions Programme Projects service offerings Job Location- Bangalore MumbaiWe d love to hear from you if you have 7-15 years of experience in a project management or a delivery role in the consulting sector Demonstrated experience across projects either for operators owners or consultants Broad experience providing consulting services in India with particular focus on client-side fit-out experience preferably with commercial or financial services institutions A degree in relevant Engineering or Architectural Studies and be heading for professional qualification chartered and
