This role is revenue-focused and demands a strong recruitment professional with a strong understanding of leadership hiring, stakeholder management, and end-to-end search delivery. Responsibilities - Executive Search Execution - Execute senior-level mandates end-to-end — from briefing to candidate onboarding. - Client Acquisition - Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities with key decision-makers (CXOs, HR Heads, etc.). - Revenue Generation - Independently generate revenue by successfully closing senior-level search mandates. - Client Management - Act as a strategic advisor to clients on hiring plans, talent strategy, and market insights. - Market Research & Industry Insights - Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging leadership talent, and competitive activity. - Data Analysis and Reporting - Analyze leadership movement data, compensation trends, and talent availability across sectors to support client advisory and search planning. Experience 5+ years in Executive Search of Senior Roles only. Compensation will be discussed during the interview process. Location Work from Office - Malad West and Kandivali West, Mumbai.
