Website: https://www.archvi.com/ Job Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore About the Role We are seeking a Account Manager / Operations Lead to oversee client relationships, streamline operational processes, and ensure seamless project execution. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, client-handling experience, and a proven ability to manage multiple accounts while driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Client & Account Management: - Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships. - Understand client objectives, business challenges, and translate them into actionable solutions. - Ensure the timely and successful delivery of services and solutions in line with client expectations. - Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize profitability and customer satisfaction. - Proactively identify growth opportunities and develop new business within existing accounts. Operations & Delivery Oversight: - Lead cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project delivery and client satisfaction. - Oversee operational processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. - Manage vendor relationships and ensure smooth coordination between clients and vendors. - Monitor project progress, track key performance metrics, and share detailed reports with stakeholders. Leadership & Strategy: - Guide and mentor team members to achieve individual and organizational goals. - Analyze business requirements to identify process improvements and operational enhancements. - Support in strategic planning and execution of company-wide initiatives. - Ensure compliance with company policies, client SLAs, and regulatory standards. Requirements & Skills - Proven experience (6+ years) as a Key Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, or Operations Lead. - Strong background in client servicing, operations, or business management. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Proven ability to manage multiple high-value accounts simultaneously with attention to detail. - Experience in delivering client-focused solutions tailored to customer needs. - Leadership skills with experience in managing teams and cross-departmental coordination. - Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools, and project management software. - Strategic mindset with a focus on operational excellence and client satisfaction.
