Job Description About The Role As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of Cloud IT projects. You will work closely with project managers, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery, while keeping track of key milestones, risks, and resources. This role is ideal for proactive, detail-oriented professionals who thrive in dynamic, multicultural environments. What You Will Be Doing - Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities to ensure project goals and objectives are met - Assist in tracking project progress, deliverables, and deadlines, ensuring timely execution - Maintain and update project documentation, including project plans, reports, and meeting minutes - Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and customers to facilitate communication and project alignment - Identify potential risks and issues early and work with the project team to develop mitigation strategies - Assist in managing project budgets, tracking spending, and ensuring financial efficiency - Support quality control processes by reviewing deliverables before submission to clients - Organize and participate in team meetings, documenting key discussions and follow-up actions - Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects and handle ad-hoc tasks as required - Help maintain SharePoint file documentation and create relevant document repositories for projects - Coordinate with project teams for up-to-date information pertaining to their projects and ensure timelines are updated accordingly What You Need To Succeed - 1-3 years of experience in IT project coordination or project management support - Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams - High proficiency in English (fluency required); other languages are a plus - Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project) - Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Office Suite - Outgoing personality and a proactive, get-go attitude - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues - Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team - Experience working with IT teams and understanding technical concepts is a plus What We Offer - Opportunity to work on cutting-edge Cloud IT projects with global teams - Exposure to international clients and vendors - Supportive, collaborative, and inclusive work culture - Continuous learning and professional development opportunities - Flexible work arrangements (remote/hybrid).
