This role ensures seamless procurement execution across global time zones, supporting both Direct and Indirect categories. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, handling ERP tools, and collaborating with global stakeholders. You will join our Global Procurement As a Procurement Analyst, you'll be an integral part of the Global Procurement department, aligning closely with the strategic procurement team to champion best practices in procurement operations. Your key tasks and responsibilities will be: - Process purchase requisitions (PRs) and convert them into purchase orders (POs) in ERP. - Ensure compliance with procurement policies, approval workflows, and audit requirements. - Monitor PO status, dispatch POs to vendors, and track acknowledgments. - Process Change Orders based on communication with Project Managers - Process Credit Applications for new suppliers - Assist with Onboarding new Suppliers through SupplHi - Maintain procurement dashboards and generate reports - Act as the first point of contact for procurement escalations - Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency, streamline operations. Participate in SOP creation - Technology and Innovation: Implement and manage procurement technology tools and systems to drive innovation and efficiency within the procurement process. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that procurement activities support overall business objectives. For this role, we believe your starting point is: - 25 years of experience in procurement operations, preferably in a global setup. - Strong understanding of Procure to Pay process, including relevant technologies - Collaborate with internal business partners to ensure contracts, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders are transacted efficiently and effectively. - Ability to collaborate effectively across peers to accomplish functional and organizational goals - Ensures adherence to organization policies and procedures, including those relevant across the Procurement and Vendor Management domains - Ability to manage workflows, multiple projects, and develop report updates - Ability to navigate ambiguity, and work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment - Excellent organizational, planning, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills - Advanced skills in MS Excel and Power BI, proficiency in other Microsoft 365 Suite products - Fluent in English Welcome to our Support Organisation In Ramboll's Support Organisation we take pride in keeping Ramboll running smoothly, enabling bright minds throughout the organisation to focus on their areas of expertise as we tie together all parts of the business.
