Job Title Tour ConsultantLocation Vyttila KochiJob Type Full Time Permanent ResponsibilitiesConsult with clients to determine their travel needs and preferences Create customized travel itineraries based on client requirements Book flights accommodations tours and other travel services Provide clients with detailed travel information and advice Handle travel-related issues and emergencies Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel destinations and industry trends Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best rates and services Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company policies and regulations Prepare and distribute travel documents to clients Follow up with clients after their trips to gather feedback Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings Assist with marketing and promotional activities Stay informed about travel advisories and safety information Provide exceptional customer service at all times Collaborate with other team members to improve service offerings RequirementsProven experience as a Tour Consultant or similar role In-depth knowledge of travel destinations and logistics Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks Proficiency in travel booking software and tools Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Customer-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work irregular hours including weekends and holidays Bachelor s degree in Tourism Hospitality or related field preferred Strong negotiation skills Knowledge of travel regulations and policies Ability to handle travel emergencies and provide solutions
