Handling enquiries from previous, existing or prospective clients or corresponding with existing or prospective partners/suppliers of the company, governmental authorities, including the design of itineraries and proposals;
- Sourcing, maintaining and generating new leads for the Company with respect to travel sales, including the nurturing and maintenance of client relationships;
- Keeping abreast of any developments with respect to our product offering which may have an impact on the business and conducting thorough travel and business-related research, whether of the industry or our destinations in general or of our competitors and analysing any research findings and preparing reports on the same;
- Providing administrative support to Travel Consultants at all levels
- Supporting travel/general sales operational needs of the Company, and
- Keeping abreast of any developments with respect to our destinations which may have an impact on the travel industry - conducting thorough travel and business related research of the industry, destinations and competitors and preparing reports.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
