Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols across the APAC region.
- Monitor security systems and incident response processes to ensure effective threat mitigation.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for improving security measures.
- Lead security incident investigations and coordinate with law enforcement when necessary.
- Collaborate with IT, legal, and business units to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Provide training and resources to staff on security awareness and best practices.
- Stay abreast of emerging security threats and technologies to proactively address vulnerabilities.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in security operations or management roles, with a focus on APAC.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks, risk management, and compliance regulations.
- Proven experience in incident response, threat hunting, and vulnerability management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
