CORE RVNL IRCON RITES and PGCIL POSITION DETAILS Job Title AM - Plant and MachineryGrade M0SBU RailwaysBusiness Location Chennai BLTDate Reporting to People Management Yes No N ANumber of Reportees JOB DUTIESJob Summary Responsible for planning and executing equipment deployment at site including mobilization commissioning and maintenance Ensures operational efficiency through proper utilization and productivity monitoring maintenance scheduling and repair management Manages logistics and fuel consumption control coordinates equipment hiring and oversees safety compliance and maintenance records Facilitates client meetings audits and MIS reporting while ensuring regulatory compliance and third-party certifications Coordinates with site and HO teams for seamless P M operations focusing on training IOT implementation and enabling services for effective project management Key AccountabilitiesDuty Statements Preparation of equipment deployment schedule at site in consultation with site Planning department with budget provision Mobilisation and commission of own and hired equipment s as per the project schedule Ensure proper operation and maintenance of equipment s working at site Ensure proper LOGBOOK is maintained for all vehicles and equipment s working at site and signed by respective user on regular basis Ensure the optimum utilisation and productivity of equipment s deployed at site Setting up and maintaining P M maintenance and repair facilities at site Planning and control of spares and lubricants Ensure proper operation and preventive maintenance of all the equipment s Ensure safety security and general upkeep of all own equipment s at site Preparation implementation of maintenance schedule of equipment s working at site and maintain record of the same Prepare check list for each equipment s and ensure maintenance as per the check list and keep record of the same Repair of owned equipment s with proper approval from HO P M Organizing equipment hiring activities as per P M SOP guidelines preparation of CS take approval from HO and issue of SAP work order Billing of hired equipment s reconciliation of fuel issued Vendor development for hire and repairs Monitoring and control of Fuel consumption and action to be taken to control deviations Arrange installation of fuel sensor and GPS device for better control of fuel consumption Selection and Recruitment of P M Manpower at site for O M of equipment s with HR interface Ensure the joint safety check of all the equipment s as per the frequency set by EHS department and provide green tag to all the equipment s Fulfil all the safety requirement and statutory compliance as per the COC and company safety rules Attending client meetings site progress review meetings Participating in safety walk downs compliance of safety observations Facilitate audits conducted for P M functions and compliance of NCR s if any Ensure timely preparation of MIS reports and submission to HO Arrange third party inspection and certification of equipment required TPI as per contract conditions Updating RTO documents of company owned vehicles and equipment s To take care of site enabling services site electrification dewatering etc Ensure implementation of IOT GPS Devices in all equipment s and vehicles working at site for better cost control Identify training needs and arrange training and certification of operators and drivers and other P M staff at site Ensure proper pre dispatch maintenance of surplus equipment s earmarked for other sites Coordination from site team and HO team for smooth operation of P M KEC International
