We are entering a pivotal stage where AI and LLMs (Large Language Models) will be core to how we design, deliver, and scale our product.

About The Role

We're looking for a Technical Product Manager (TPM) whose equal parts engineer, product thinker, and operator.

This role goes far beyond traditional TPM responsibilities. You'll own the entire product lifecycle: from architecture and development to QA, DevOps, customer onboarding, and feedback loops. You'll work closely with junior team members and independently run product pods delivering high-quality, scalable software at speed.

The ideal candidate has strong full-stack engineering experience, customer-facing delivery exposure (ideally in services/consulting), and a deep belief in the transformational power of LLMs in product building.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and lead the design, development, and delivery of core product modules
- Architect scalable and performant systems; conduct code and design reviews
- Work directly with customers and founders to define product vision, scope, and roadmap
- Manage execution across engineering, QA, DevOps, and customer success for your pod
- Mentor and manage freshers and junior developers, ensuring high-quality outputs
- Integrate LLM-powered features and automation into core workflows
- Handle escalations, product rollouts, and client training full delivery ownership
- Continuously optimize product velocity, quality, and user satisfaction

Must-Have Skills

58 years of hands-on full-stack development experience

Proficient In

- Backend: Node.js, Python, Java
- Frontend: React.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Strong product thinking with the ability to translate ambiguous problems into structured solutions
- Experience managing end-to-end delivery: development, QA, DevOps, releases
- Ability to lead pods and mentor junior team members, especially freshers
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
- Deep interest and experience in building with LLMs / GenAI / automation
- Ownership mindset with the ability to work without heavy processes or layers

Nice to Have

- Background in services / consulting with direct client delivery ownership
- Exposure to DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, AWS/GCP, Docker, monitoring tools)
- Experience working in pharma-tech, life sciences, or regulated industries
- Prior experience as a tech lead, founding engineer
- Exposure to building AI-native or ML-enabled platforms
