Job Description We are hiring for the following slots - 12 PM - 4 PM About the Company- TalentGum is a leading e-learning platform launched in 2021 that aspires to transform the scope of extra-curricular education globally by encouraging the holistic development of children. The platform offers a multitude of expert-curated live-online courses such as dance, music, public speaking, art, and chess that is taught by subject-matter experts. These courses are specially designed to maximize the learning of children in the age group of 4 to 14. TalentGum has an average Google rating of 4.8/5 and is trusted by 37000+ happy learners across 51+ countries. Designation: GUITAR TEACHER Responsibilities - Teach children from the age group of 4 to 14 online. - Ensure that students enjoy the course - Engage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goals. - Evaluate student performance and make recommendations for improvement. - Conduct Demo Sessions with students and ensure conversions. - Conduct group and private lessons as required. - Provide a fun and creative environment. Qualifications / Experience required: - Formal education in Music (Guitar). - Strong Knowledge of music theory and sheet music. - Strong subject knowledge. - Experience in teaching Guitar. - Relevant teaching experience (1+ years) - Experience in the usage of technology in education would be a plus Skills Required - Good English Communication Skills. - Must have experience in online teaching. - Proficient with Music Theory. - Must be comfortable with the Sight reading. - Must have a properly functioning Laptop/Desktop - Comfortable in teaching children. - Engages students in learning - Passion for making learning fun Other Information: Looking for professionals ready to dedicate at least 4 hours a day. Perks and benefits: - Work from Home - Health insurance - Competitive salary - Work closely with managers and stakeholders Salary Standard for normal hrs 12 PM - 4 PM 1-25 Sessions : Rs.125/- per session + Rs. 75 /- perdemo 26-60 Sessions: Rs.150/- per session + Rs.100/- per demo 61- 80 Sessions: Rs.200/- per session + Rs.125/- per demo 81 & above Session: Rs. 250/- per session + Rs. 150/- per demo You are also eligible for minimum pay guarantee for 4 hrs/ day For 1st month Rs 4000 2nd month Rs 8000 3rd month Rs 12000
