TalentGum has an average Google rating of 4.8/5 and is trusted by 37000+ happy learners across 51+ countries.Designation: GUITAR TEACHERResponsibilities:● Teach children from the age group of 4 to 14 online.● Ensure that students enjoy the course● Engage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goals.● Evaluate student performance and make recommendations for improvement.● Conduct Demo Sessions with students and ensure conversions.● Conduct group and private lessons as required.● Provide a fun and creative environment.Qualifications / Experience required:● Formal education in Music (Guitar).● Strong knowledge of music theory and sheet music.● Strong subject knowledge.● Experience in teaching Guitar.● Relevant teaching experience (1+ years)● Experience in the usage of technology in education would be a plusSkills Required:● Good English Communication Skills.● Must have experience in online teaching.● Must have a properly functioning Laptop/Desktop.● Must have access to strong internet services and reliable power backup sources.● Comfortable in teaching children.● Should be available for teaching 6 days a week.● Engages students in learning.● Passion for making learning fun● Should be comfortable with Music sheet/Sight reading.● Must be proficient with Music Theory.Other Information:● Looking for professionals ready to dedicate at least 4 hours/6 hours/8 hours a day.● Option from the comfort of your homeWork Environment:● Leading fast-paced start-up with an interactive and enthusiasts’ culture and flexible working hours● Encourage project ownership, creative ideas, critical thinking, and constructive feedback.● Leadership and learning opportunities, interaction with various stakeholders at all levels.● Work directly with senior management to maximize career growth and exposure.Salary structure is as follows: 12 PM - 4 PM1-25 Sessions : Rs.125/- per session + Rs. 75 /- per demo26-60 Sessions: Rs.150/- per session + Rs.100/- per demo61- 80 Sessions: Rs.200/- per session + Rs.125/- per demo81 & above Session: Rs. 250/- per session + Rs. 150/- per demoSalary structure is as follows: 8 PM - 12 AMSalary Standard for normal hrs 8 PM - 9 PM1-25 Sessions : Rs.125/- per session + Rs. 75 /- per demo26-60 Sessions: Rs.150/- per session + Rs.100/- per demo61- 80 Sessions: Rs.200/- per session + Rs.125/- per demo81 & above Session: Rs. 250/- per session + Rs. 150/- per demoSalary Standard for Late Night hours 9pm - 12 am1-25 Sessions : Rs.165/- per session + Rs. 80 /- per demo26-60 Sessions: Rs.200/- per session + Rs.100/- per demo61- 80 Sessions: Rs.250/- per session + Rs.125/- per demo81 & above Session: Rs. 300/- per session + Rs. 150/- per demoYou are also eligible for minimum pay guarantee for 4 hrs/ dayFor 1st month Rs 40002nd month Rs 80003rd month Rs 12000Perks and benefits:Work from HomeHealth insuranceCompetitive salaryWork closely with managers and stakeholdersIndustry: E-learningJob Type: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher
