organization What You ll Need to be SuccessfulSpecific Qualifications Proven expertise in cloud technologies and methodologies for building SaaS application with a strong portfolio of projects demonstrating your ability to apply these in solving complex problems Experience with building and deploying to enterprise production environments APIs Proficiency in programming languages relevant to C NET Core Java Experience with cloud computing platforms AWS Azure Google Cloud and understanding of how to leverage these for scalable secure reliable distributed systems with complex workflows General Qualifications Bachelors Masters degree in Computer Science A minimum of total 14 years of experience in 10 years of hands-on experience in application development with one or more technologies C NET Core Java and at least 2 years in a leadership or management position overseeing technical teams Exceptional leadership and people management skills with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams Excellent project management skills with experience in agile methodologies and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication interpersonal and presentation skills capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex
