Work with procurement to enhance tracking of HR vendor contract expirations and monitoring of ongoing engagements - Drive Governance between Vendor Ops Procurement to achieve common goals - Serve as the HR Vendor Operations representative for major RFPs including those for RPO benefits insurance and other key areas - Implement a Strategic Vendor Framework in partnership with HR and procurement to strengthen strategic relationships and improve outcomes and consolidation with key HR vendors - Support leaders in achieving vendor consolidation goals -
