IT Infrastructure Server Management Administer and manage servers storage Backups UPS and related infra at the plant Manage endpoint lifecycle provisioning configuration compliance security Administer and optimize Active Directory and Group Policies Security Compliance Manage firewall antivirus XDR CCTV and access control systems Coordinate with SOC SIEM vendors for monitoring and incident management Implement and enforce IT security policies SSO Intune DLP and access controls Support ITGC and other audit compliance requirements End-User Desk-Side Support Provide IT support for desktops laptops MS Office SAP GUI O365 and VC systems Install and support Windows OS collaboration tools and licensed applications Record update and resolve IT tickets incidents service requests within SLA Escalate and coordinate with vendors or Corporate IT where required OT Plant-Specific IT Support Provide IT infra support for OT systems such as LIMS PLC SCADA Weighbridge etc Ensure uptime and effective use of IT OT systems integrated with plant operations Coordinate with Production Quality and Operations teams for plant IT needs Project Management New Initiatives Support rollout of new IT infra security projects at the plant and other locations Participate in implementation of backup systems DR plans and collaboration tools Cloud migration and management on need basis Maintain documentation SOPs and IT knowledge base Vendor Asset Management Manage IT vendors AMC partners and service providers at the plant Track and maintain IT hardware software assets licenses Coordinate vendor support calls and ensure timely resolution Cross-Location Support Extend IT support to Head Office and Dahej factory IT when required Travel to other sites on need basis to provide IT support and assist in projects Person Specifications Essential Qualification Graduate Diploma in Computer Science IT Electronics Certifications Hardware Networking Jetking CMS etc MCSE CCNA Desired Qualification ITIL Security certifications Experience 8 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure networking and security administration preferably in a manufacturing or process industry or in complex IT setup environment Hands-on experience in server administration Active Directory endpoint management firewall antivirus XDR and backup systems Exposure to OT systems such as LIMS PLC SCADA and Weighbridge with ability to coordinate between IT and plant operations Experience in managing IT vendors AMC partners and service providers Familiarity with IT project management including rollout of new IT infra security initiatives at plant level Proven ability in desk-side support SAP GUI O365 OS installation and troubleshooting Experience in IT security audits ITGC compliance requirements and working with SOC SIEM vendors is desirable Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and handle critical situations Industry Preference Manufacturing or process industry or in complex IT setup environment Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Commuter assistance Ability to commute relocate Bharuch Gujarat Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Education Higher Secondary 12th Pass Required Experience IT support 3 years Preferred Work Location In person
