Role Description

We are hiring a Social Media Marketing Specialist to lead professional brand presence and influencer-driven growth across all major platforms. This role will develop strategies that amplify our voice, drive community engagement, and fuel demand for our SaaS products.

Responsibilities

- Own and execute social media growth strategy across LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, and emerging platforms.
- Build influencer and thought-leadership collaborations with industry voices and healthcare SaaS KOLs.
- Manage company pages, leadership profiles, and employee advocacy programs.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with campaigns, launches, and events.
- Run paid and organic social campaigns, monitor analytics, and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with content, design, and video teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Launch community-building initiatives (live sessions, webinars, polls, interactive posts).

Requirements

- 35 years in B2B social media marketing, including influencer marketing.
- Experience managing all major platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok).
- Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
- Proven record of scaling brand presence, followers, and engagement in B2B environments.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to track ROI from social activities.
- Willing to work in US shift
