Platform Support Engineer

Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Manage and support microservices to ensure high availability and reliability. - Develop, maintain, and monitor dashboards to provide insights into system performance. - Utilize Dynatrace for application performance monitoring and troubleshooting - Implement and manage RestAPIs to facilitate seamless integration and communication between services. - Write and maintain scripts using PowerShell, YAML, or Shell Scripting to automate tasks and improve system efficiency. - Collaborate with development and operations teams to enhance system reliability and performance. - Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical systems. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or similar role. - Strong knowledge of RestAPIs and their implementation. - Expertise in using Dynatrace for performance monitoring. - Proficiency in managing and creating dashboards for system monitoring. - Excellent scripting skills in PowerShell, YAML, or Shell Scripting. - Experience with supporting and managing microservices. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Nice to have: (Optional) - Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps practices. - Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools.
