
Inside Sales Lead – Founding Team @ Skill Case

Skillcase is a tech-enabled platform helping Indian nurses build global careers — starting with Germany. We support them through German language training, job placement, visa processing, and relocation.
About the Role
We're looking for a driven Inside Sales Lead to join our founding team. You'll engage directly with aspiring nurses, guide them through our pathway, and own the sales cycle end-to-end.
Responsibilities
- Lead Outreach: Call and engage potential candidates, understand their needs, and offer career clarity.
- Sales Ownership: Manage the full funnel — from first call to enrollment. Follow up, close, and deliver a great onboarding experience.
- Program Pitching: Clearly explain Skillcase's value — from learning German to working in Germany. Personalize based on the nurse's current stage.
- Targets & Tracking: Meet enrollment goals. Track lead status and maintain accuracy in CRM or Sheets.
- Team Building: Help build playbooks, onboard new sales members, and shape the BD function as we grow.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inside sales or customer-facing experience (Edtech, Migration, Training, or Healthcare preferred)
- Fluent in English; Kannada or Telugu preferred for Bangalore outreach
- Confident phone communicator with consultative sales skills
Required Skills
- High ownership, proactive, and excited to work in a startup environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Edtech, Migration, Training, or Healthcare
