The Counselor will provide guidance and emotional support to children and individuals, facilitating their mental well-being through counseling sessions. Responsibilities include conducting one-on-one and group counseling, assisting with stress management workshops, developing action plans for individual cases, and working closely with teachers and families to support positive mental health outcomes. The Counselor will also participate in community engagement activities and contribute to the holistic development programs run by the foundation. Qualifications - Proficiency in Counseling, Psychological Assessment, and Emotional Support - Experience in Stress Management, Conflict Resolution, and Mental Health Education - Strong skills in Communication, Active Listening, and Empathy - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team - Experience working with children, families, and diverse communities - Relevant educational qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling - Knowledge of child development, behavioral strategies, and relevant therapy techniques - Certification in counseling or mental health services is advantageous
