Senior Human Resources Recruiter/Talent Acquisition (US Shift) Location: Hyderabad (Onsite) Shift: US Shift (Night) Experience: 4–7 years About the Role: We’re seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Recruiter/Talent Acquisition to join our growing team in Hyderabad. In this role, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for open positions in India, partnering closely with business leaders to attract and hire top talent. Key Responsibilities: - Manage full-cycle recruitment for India-based positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation - Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.) - Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and staffing needs - Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process - Maintain recruitment metrics, reports, and ATS data accurately - Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts Requirements: - 4–7 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Recruitment, preferably for US clients - Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, etc.) - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work in US shift timings and in a fast-paced environment
