Senior Human Resources Recruiter/Talent Acquisition (US Shift)Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)Shift: US Shift (Night)Experience: 4–7 yearsAbout the Role:We’re seeking an experienced Sr HR Recruiter/Talent Acquisition to join our growing team in Hyderabad. In this role, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for open positions in India, partnering closely with business leaders to attract and hire top talent.Key Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruitment for India-based positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiationDevelop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and staffing needsEnsure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment processMaintain recruitment metrics, reports, and ATS data accuratelySupport employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing effortsRequirements:4–7 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Recruitment, preferably for US clientsStrong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, etc.)Excellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work in US shift timings and in a fast-paced environment
