About this role This role contributes to the business by supporting the Client Facing Business Unit Communications team Success criteria for this role includes timely completion of work consistently high writing quality completion of high volume of requests within tight timelines ability to manage own workload including daily requests and ongoing initiatives ability to work very independently and ability to function well within the global team Role Responsibilities- Strategic ProjectsSupport deep dive analysis on strategic projects including qualitative interview feedback and support from analytics teamProject manage the sharing of best practices playbook to drive consistency across teams- Sales Leadership MeetingsSupport Sr Director with project management checklists for Sales Leadership meetingsManage calendar invitations and timelinesManage DL processCreate Intranet pages pre during and post event- Inside GartnerSupport publishing of articles for stakeholdersPartner with Sr Director Sales Intranet GBS and GTS Sales comms leads to strategically manage rotation of banners and announcements and overall editorial calendar- Analytics supportSupport Data analyst with project management and timelinesManage manual requests as needed by partnering with Data Analyst- Recognition programsSupport manager with coordination and management of recognition programs- Manage timelines and setback schedules for Town Hall programs Vimeo and Notified tools -
