Step 4: Source the right candidates from portals & from other sources. Step 5: Screen and shortlist candidates. Step 6: Complete Interview Process by calling the candidates. Step 7: Schedule candidates according to the clients interview timings. Step 8: Follow-up with candidates until they join the client company. Step 9: Update candidate's details in the CRM tracker.
