Order to Cash departments is responsible for set of business processes tomanage from sales order right through to customer payments. It includesInvoicing, Pricing & Discounts, Dispute, Customer Payments, Credit Risk andCollection processes.As OtC leader - will ensure operational delivery according to the company’sstandards as well as driving process improvements. The role requires tobuild strong partnership with Finance and Commerce organization, strategicthinking and ability to work in a fast paced environment. As the peopleleader-will supervise a team and its operational deliverables, developtalents, build engagement and foster collaboration across teams.Key responsibilities:- Understands and is able to communicate company strategy to teamand individuals and establish a corresponding team strategyfocused on standardization and automation- Demonstrates CPI mind-set and embeds it in the team bychallenging the status quo and looking for most efficient andstandard ways of working , supports HGSS and OtC strategy in valueof digital- Executes the process delivery with expected service objectives andquality and is continuously driving improvement- Takes ownership for end-to-end process and service deliveryincluding the rest of the Back Office and Front Office processes- Solves operational issues, identifies root causes and acts to preventit in future- Prepares and analyses KPI reports with root cause analysis- Act as Business Partner and promote One Team approach forcooperation with Front Office, ensure accurate and on time data isprovided to solve broader OpCo issues.- Act as escalation point for HGSS Back Office- Lead and develop OtC Team incl. recruitment, performancemanagement and career development- Ensures that effective controls are executed, monthly controlreports are delivered.Position Title: OTC Team Leader ( Invoicing, Pricing & Discounts, Customer Payments )Job Family: OtCFunction: Finance- Proactively raises any issue on design or execution of controls andpropose changes to make controls effective and efficient.- in the team (OT, travels, R&R, unused holidays, band mix)- Ensures complete and up to date process documentation Any Graduate
