Basic Function

- Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of the Test Automation Framework.
- Ensure scalability, maintainability, and reusability of test components across projects.
- Drive integration of AI-powered testing tools to enhance automation coverage and efficiency.
- Develop a deep understanding of the Life Digital Suite (EXL proprietary) and its architecture to ensure effective testing strategies.
- Create and maintain comprehensive test plans covering functional, non-functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
- Stay updated with the AI tool landscape and evaluate tools for integration into the QA process.
- Leverage AI for test case generation, defect prediction, and intelligent test execution.
- Ensure consistent enhancement of the automated regression test bed.
- Act as a liaison for Project Connect, ensuring seamless requirement gathering and traceability.
- Support requirement management through collaboration with stakeholders and documentation tools.

Essential Skills

- Over 10 years of experience in software testing and test automation across diverse domains.
- Proven ability to design and implement robust test automation frameworks tailored to end-to-end project requirements.
- Delivered automation solutions for a wide range of platforms including Web, and Cloud-native applications.
- Skilled in both functional and non-functional.
- Experience of Test Automation for Functional, API, Performance, and Security.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard tools Selenium, Cucumber (BDD), ReadyAPI, JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.
- Exposure to cloud infrastructure and its implications for non-functional testing of cloud-native products.
- Experience in CI/CD pipeline integration for automated testing and continuous quality assurance.
- Proficient in using JIRA and other test management tools for tracking, reporting, and collaboration.
- Successfully managed test automation projects both as an individual contributor and as a team lead.
- Strong execution skills with a proactive approach to driving initiatives independently and delivering measurable value.
- Effective team player and leader, with a track record of mentoring teams and achieving project goals collaboratively.
