Emoha elderly care is dedicated to extending the continuum of care 24x7 within the comfort of one's home and at state-of-the-art transition care and rehabilitation centers for pre and post-hospitalization. With a leadership team composed of experts in healthcare, technology, strategy, and operations, we address the growing demand for rehabilitation and home healthcare in India, driven by an aging population and a shortage of quality hospital facilities.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Salesperson. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions, conducting sales presentations and demonstrations of our services, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves staying informed about market trends and competitor activities and providing feedback to the management for strategy improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare sector
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and healthcare professionals
- Ability to conduct effective sales presentations and demonstrations
- Knowledge of market trends and ability to provide strategic feedback
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools is an advantage
- Willingness to travel as needed
