Job Title Production Engineer Industry Interior Design Location Bhiwandi Employment Type Full-Time Intrested Candidates Can Share Resume on WhatsApp- 8657005459 Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Engineer to oversee and streamline our interior design manufacturing operations The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production processes maintaining quality standards optimizing resources and coordinating with design procurement and site teams to deliver projects on time Key Responsibilities Plan coordinate and monitor production activities for interior and modular furniture projects Prepare and execute production schedules in alignment with project timelines Coordinate with the design team to understand drawings and ensure accurate execution Supervise factory production floor staff and ensure adherence to quality standards Optimize material usage and minimize wastage through effective planning Monitor machinery equipment and tools to ensure smooth functioning and preventive maintenance Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with company policies Collaborate with procurement for timely availability of raw materials and hardware Conduct quality checks at different stages of production and before dispatch Prepare daily weekly reports on production output delays and improvements Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs Key Skills Competencies Strong understanding of interior fit-outs modular furniture and material specifications Proficiency in reading technical drawings and production layouts Knowledge of manufacturing processes CNC panel processing and finishing techniques Leadership and team management skills Problem-solving and decision-making ability Good communication and coordination skills Proficiency in MS Office knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software is a plus Qualification Experience Diploma B Tech B E in Mechanical Production or related field 3-6 years of experience in interior design or modular furniture manufacturing Experience in factory workshop-based production management Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 22 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Paid sick time Provident Fund
