Role Overview:
- Customer Support Coordinator : Serve as the first point of contact for customers through email, phone, or chat, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Order Tracking & Support : Track orders, handle inquiries, and ensure timely responses to all customer tickets.
- Relationship Builder : Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring they feel valued and heard.
- Customer Feedback Loop : Collect and relay customer feedback to the team to improve products and services.
- CRM Management : Organize customer interactions and data using CRM tools to ensure accurate records and communication.
- Problem-Solver : Resolve customer concerns with empathy and creative solutions.

Ideal Candidate
