We are seeking a dynamic and technically solid Associate Software Engineering Manager to lead a team of developers working on enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core, Angular, and Azure Public Cloud. This role combines hands-on development with team leadership, project delivery, and mentoring responsibilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in the design, development, and deployment of cloud-native applications
- Drive technical excellence in projects using .NET Core, Angular, and Azure
- Collaborate with architects, product managers, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning
- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, and DevOps
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and support career development
- Manage project timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Experience:

- 9+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership or managerial role

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Public Cloud

- Tech Stack: Angular, .NET Core, C#, AZURE, Python, EF,SQL

- Solid expertise in .NET Core, C#, and Angular (v8 or above)

- Experience with Azure services such as App Services, Functions, DevOps, Key Vault, and Azure SQL

- Solid understanding of microservices architecture, REST APIs, and CI/CD pipelines

- Proven excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-204, AZ-305, AZ-400).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project tracking tools like JIRA or Azure Boards.
- Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes
