Job Description Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu Experience: 2-3 Years Employment Type: Full-time About The Role We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic & Website UI Designer with 2-3 years of experience in creating impactful visual and digital designs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in crafting user-focused web interfaces, brand visuals, and marketing collaterals that align with business goals and deliver exceptional user experiences. Key Responsibilities - Design and develop website UI layouts, wireframes, and interactive prototypes ensuring usability and aesthetic consistency. - Create engaging visual assets for digital marketing including posters, banners, brochures, infographics, and social media creatives. - Develop and maintain brand identity systems typography, iconography, color palettes, and design guidelines. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and development to ensure design alignment with project goals. - Design marketing and promotional materials such as blog covers, case study templates, emailers, and digital advertisements. - Edit and produce videos and motion graphics using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve for campaigns and brand storytelling. - Work on multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output. - Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design systems, and creative technologies to continuously improve output quality. Required Skills & Expertise - Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles, visual hierarchy, and responsive web design. - Proficiency in branding and marketing design across print and digital platforms. - Expertise in color theory, typography, and composition. - Excellent visual storytelling and creative problem-solving abilities. - Strong collaboration, communication, and time management skills. Tools & Technologies - Design: Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Firefly, Adobe Express, Canva, Framer (Intermediate) - Video & Motion: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve - AI Tools: ChatGPT, Gemini, Generative AI tools for ideation and workflow enhancement - Suite: Adobe Creative Suite Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field. - Minimum 2 years of professional experience in UI design, graphic design, or visual communication. Preferred Experience - Prior experience designing for SaaS products, digital agencies, or creative studios. - Understanding of user-centered design, web accessibility, and responsive layouts. - Ability to manage projects from concept to completion with minimal supervision.
