Job Description

Softomate Solutions Limited is a digital transformation partner delivering AI-powered automation, bespoke software, mobile apps, testing services, and strategic technology leadership. Since 2022, we have delivered 35+ projects and are now expanding into global markets.

The Role

We are looking for a senior sales professional with hardcore cold calling experience who knows how to get through to decision-makers and sell value in tough situations. This is a commission-only, individual contributor role, where you will handle the entire sales process end-to-end from prospecting and cold calls to objections, proposals, and closing.

What Youll Do

- Make high-volume cold calls to UK businesses and beyond (Europe, Gulf, USA, Canada, Singapore, Australia).
- Sell services including AI automation, bespoke software, mobile apps, testing, and Fractional CTO/QA teams.
- Own the full B2B sales cycle independently.
- Suggest target markets, approach strategy, and monthly sales targets.
- Commit to jointly agreed targets the more you convert, the more you earn.

Must-Haves

- 35+ years of cold calling and IT sales experience (UK focus strongly preferred).
- Clear, UK-friendly/neutral accent with persuasive communication skills.
- Track record in closing 10K+ IT/Software deals (CRM, SaaS, automation, or testing).
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to sell value, not price.

Compensation(Commission-Only Role)

- Uncapped earnings with 10% commission on all transacted business.
- 12% commission on sales above 25K/month (example: 6K commission on a 50K deal).
- Performance directly drives income the more you deliver, the more you earn.
