Responsibilities - Develop and maintain data systems using Study Data Tabulation Model to ensure accurate data representation and integration. - Implement Python scripts to automate data processing tasks enhancing efficiency and reducing manual intervention. - Utilize PostgreSQL PL/SQL and mySQL to manage and optimize database performance ensuring data integrity and accessibility. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data-related issues contributing to continuous improvement. - Analyze complex datasets to provide actionable insights that support business objectives and decision-making processes. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations maintaining data security and confidentiality. - Provide technical support and guidance to team members fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment. - Design and execute data validation processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data outputs. - Participate in the development of data management strategies aligning with organizational goals and objectives. - Conduct regular system audits to identify potential areas for improvement and implement necessary enhancements. - Engage with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their requirements. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies applying new knowledge to improve existing systems. - Contribute to the development of training materials and documentation to support user adoption and system utilization.
