The Associate, Specialist, Operations, Sec Svcs-Custody Svcs position is responsible for managing the operational aspects of custody services, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing support to clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee custody services operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Process and reconcile daily transactions related to custody services.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve operational issues and improve service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions and operations.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management regarding operational performance.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-9 years of experience in operations, preferably within custody services or related financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of securities operations and custodial processes.
- Proficient in using financial software and tools related to custody services.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
