Role Overview Role Name: Plant HRBP Reporting to: Lead HR-Manufacturing Key Responsibilities - Managing complete Recruitment Life Cycle including Manpower planning, resourcing both internal & external manpower, identifying the possible sources, selecting the best candidate and negotiating & fitting them at right place at right time. - Aligned with business to understand the business needs in terms of HR supports, manpower requirement, making organization structure defining job descriptions for all unique positions. - Managing HR Operations and employee relations across manufacturing plant. - Supporting through key people topics like manpower budgeting, performance management, internal job opportunities. - Employees connect and employee engagement. - Managing employee communication and rewards & recognition. - Supporting the business in having critical employee conversations; providing feedback for improvement, employee retention and so on. Key Qualifications: - Education: Any Graduate, MBA is preferable - Experience: 4-8 years of experience. - Experience handling blue collared manpower. - Languages: English and Hindi. Interested?
