Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Liaisoning Architect for Permission. The role involves overseeing architectural designs, coordinating permissions and approvals with relevant authorities, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Responsibilities include managing project documentation, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting seamless integration of architectural components. The position also requires close coordination with project management teams to maintain timelines and standards. Qualifications - Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design - Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, and delivery - Knowledge of Software Development and Integration to support architectural projects - Familiarity with local regulations and processes for obtaining project approvals - Excellent organizational and communication skills - Degree in Architecture or a related field is required - Prior experience in real estate or liaisoning role is advantageous - Ability to manage time effectively and operate in a fast-paced environment
