Client engagement - Market share acquisition. - Help the trading desk with Daily activities and macro analysis. Your Skills and Experience To be successful in this role you will have: - Minimum 4-5 years experience in Asia FIC trading. - History of risk management, managing trading books and business development. - Deep knowledge of India Local Markets and products. - Knowledge of genesis of Client flows. - An understanding and proficiency in managing trading books - foreign exchange and interest rate risk. - Very strong quantitative skills and product knowledge. - Team player, willing to contribute to the collaborative success of the broader team. - Creative personality. - Innovative track record. - Strong networking / communication skills. - Can do positive attitude.
