Responsibilities - Lead the financial planning and analysis process. - Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. - Oversee cash flow management and financial risk assessment. - Coordinate and support audits and regulatory reporting requirements. - Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and performance metrics. - Manage the finance team and mentor junior staff members. Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or relevant certification (CFA, CPA) preferred. - 15-20 years of experience in finance management or similar roles. - Strong knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting techniques. - Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally). - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement. - Ability to lead and motivate a team while managing multiple projects.
