Role - Advanced Analytics - Search Ads and Personalization Years of Experience 8 15 years Location - Devarabisanahalli Bellandur Bangalore Notice period - Immediate to 15 days joiners Role Overview As a Manager for Search Ads and Personalization you will be responsible for leading large-scale data engineering and analytics programs that deliver measurable business impact You should have strong expertise in clickstream Google Analytics funnel analytics and eCommerce analytics to lead data-driven initiatives that optimize digital experiences and accelerate growth for clients This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both technical grounding in data analytics and the ability to translate data into strategic insights for senior business stakeholders Key Responsibilities Utilize clickstream data to analyze user interactions navigation behavior and content engagement across digital platforms Analyze Google Analytics and website performance data to identify opportunities for improving user engagement and conversion Conduct funnel analytics to uncover drop-off points and drive actionable recommendations for higher conversion rates Perform end-to-end website and eCommerce analytics to optimize customer journeys boost sales and enhance overall site performance Evaluate search ad and campaign performance to improve ROI and digital marketing effectiveness Design and implement personalization strategies using behavioral insights to create tailored digital experiences Partner with marketing design and product teams to translate insights into measurable business outcomes Collaborate with marketing design and development teams to translate analytics findings into actionable improvements Qualifications Experience of 9 years in the Analytics domain having experience in Digital Web eCommerce Analytics Proven experience with clickstream analytics tools and methodologies Google Analytics GA4 and funnel analysis techniques Strong analytical foundation in SQL Excel and familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools Experience in e-commerce data analysis digital marketing campaign evaluation and customer journey analysis Knowledge of search ads platforms and performance tracking Ability to translate insights into strategic actions for personalization and optimization Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills Preferred Skills Experience with A B testing and user experience analytics Understanding of customer journey mapping and behavior analysis Skills Required Skills - Clickstream Google Analytics funnel analytics eCommerce analytics SQL A B Testing About Company Welcome to Tredence Since our founding in 2013 we have been dedicated to transforming data into actionable insights helping over 50 Fortune 500 clients win in their respective industries With our headquarters in San Jose and a presence in 5 countries our mission is to be the world s most indispensable analytics partner At Tredence we blend deep domain expertise with advanced AI and data science to drive unparalleled business value We are excited to have you join us on this innovative journey
