We're delivering on this by working together with our business colleagues jointly solve problems with customer centricity and technical innovation, cultivating a world-class team of empowered people and building technology solutions for the future.We put the customer at the centre of everything we do and measure our performance against the groups' external customer satisfaction measures.Impact &contribution: The role involves working closely with multiple teams like marketing, partnership teams, CEE teams, technology and CDAO to deliver partnership offer.Passionate about customers and the opportunity to build trust and customer advocacy through data-driven insights.Roles & responsibilities:Naturally curious and proactive analytics professional with deep technical expertise.6+ years of experience in similar roleAdvanced analytical skills, able to work with complex data to deliver meaningful, relevant, actionable insights.Can correctly analyse and interpret results and apply standard analytical techniques.Ability to deliver high quality, accurate and on-time insights and analytics.Good problem-solving skills, comfortable working in complex, challenging environments.Conduct thorough analysis on large datasets using sophisticated statistical and machine learning techniques.Employ tools such Python, R, SQL, and advanced Excel functions and AI virtual assistants for data manipulation and interpretation.Leveraging AI virtual assistants to create comprehensive and interactive dashboards and reports using visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI or similar platforms.Strong written and presentation skills, comfortable presenting to groups.An ability to master new tools as required.Communication and presentation skills.Outcome orientated, persistence to challenge the status quo and deliver customer results.Fostering a continuous learning culture, encouraging the team to continuously demonstrate our PACE 'mindsets.'Delivering sound business decision making insight using superb data analytics, statistical modelling and data visualizationKnowledge sharing and technical leadership – creating a drive for 'craftsmanship' and taking pride in inspiring and motivating others to share knowledge and upskill each other in your area of expertiseAdhering to guardrails – contributing to and adhering to the standards and policies defined by the Practice. Essential skills:Intermediate-Advanced SQLA working knowledge of reporting tools including SSRS and Tableau/PowerBI.Education Qualification:  Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Engineering in Computer Science/Information Technology.
