Job Title Salesforce Developer SFDC Developer Location Kochi Trivandrum Chennai Bangalore Hyderabad Pune Noida Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce com development including coding implementation administration and configuration You will be responsible for Salesforce development using Apex Visualforce and Lightning Web Components LWC along with integrating various systems with Salesforce A deep understanding of Salesforce Flow and Apex Managed Sharing is required as well as experience with OmniStudio The role also involves customizing and configuring Salesforce objects data fields page layouts workflows and more to meet business requirements Key Responsibilities Salesforce Development Develop and implement solutions using Apex Visualforce Lightning and LWC to meet business needs Customize and configure Salesforce objects fields page layouts workflows reports dashboards and document templates Salesforce Flow Implementation Lead the implementation and management of Salesforce Flow to automate business processes effectively In-depth knowledge and experience with Apex Managed Sharing to control access to data in Salesforce Integration Handle Salesforce integrations with other systems and tools to ensure data synchronization and process automation Work on OmniStudio to develop data-driven apps and integrate external services within Salesforce Customization and Configuration Customize and configure Salesforce components including record types workflows and approval processes Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights to stakeholders Collaboration Coordinate with Onsite USA-based Salesforce development teams to transition knowledge and collaborate on project deliverables Interface with both IT and business stakeholders to understand requirements clarify specifications and communicate development progress Must-Have Skills Salesforce Development Minimum of 6 years of experience in Salesforce development coding and implementation including Apex Visualforce and Lightning Web Components LWC Salesforce Flow In-depth experience with Salesforce Flow Implementation and Apex Managed Sharing Salesforce Integration Experience with Salesforce integrations to connect external systems OmniStudio Strong experience with OmniStudio to develop apps and solutions Salesforce Administration Configuration Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration configuration and customization including creating reports dashboards and managing data fields and layouts JavaScript Frameworks Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks for Salesforce especially in Lightning and Visualforce pages Communication Excellent communication skills to coordinate with distributed teams and interact with stakeholders effectively Good-to-Have Skills Salesforce Clouds Experience with different Salesforce Clouds Offerings Service Community Experience Salesforce Certifications Salesforce-related certifications e g Salesforce Platform Developer I II Salesforce Administrator Advanced Integrations Experience with advanced Salesforce integrations such as REST API SOAP and middleware tools Problem-Solving Analytical Skills Ability to identify analyze and resolve technical and business challenges effectively Experience Range Experience Minimum of 5 years in Salesforce development with hands-on expertise in Apex Visualforce Lightning and Salesforce integrations Education Bachelor
