Role: Sr. Planning Engineer

Experience:- 15+ Years

Location: Mahalaxmi, Mumbai

Budget: 30 - 35 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead the overall planning and scheduling for multiple residential/high-rise construction

projects across various stages (pre-construction to handover).

 Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.

 Monitor project progress and performance through S-curves, earned value analysis, and

periodic progress reporting.

 Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, architects, and procurement teams to

ensure timely availability of resources.

 Identify project delays, deviations, and risks, and initiate corrective and preventive

actions.

 Prepare and manage project cash flow forecasts, resource planning, and cost loading.

 Ensure alignment of planning with regulatory milestones (RERA timelines, MOEF

clearances, etc.).

 Support tendering teams by preparing baseline schedules and resource estimations for

new projects.

 Maintain documentation of planning deliverables, revisions, and approvals.

 Participate in internal and external project review meetings and report progress to senior

management.
