Digital Channel Management Oversee sales through company website, e-pharmacy portals, and third-party marketplaces. Monitor stock levels, pricing, and delivery timelines to ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate with marketing for SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns. 3. Reporting & Analytics Track online sales performance, customer behavior, and ROI from digital campaigns. Prepare monthly reports and suggest corrective actions to boost sales.
