Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jabalpur for an E-commerce Specialist. The E-commerce Specialist will manage and optimize online product listings, ensure smooth operation of e-commerce platforms, provide excellent customer service, analyze sales performance data, and strategize to improve sales and customer engagement. The role requires working collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to support the growth of the e-commerce business. Qualifications - Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate sales performance, interpret data, and identify opportunities for improvement - Proficiency in E-Commerce platforms and working knowledge of online selling practices - Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to engage effectively with customers and resolve issues - Understanding of Sales strategies and techniques to optimize product performance and increase conversions - Ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines with strong organizational skills - Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or digital marketplaces is advantageous - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
