Job Description Description We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing social media accounts, developing engaging content, and driving brand awareness through innovative social media strategies. Responsibilities - Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement. - Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms. - Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to optimize social media campaigns. - Engage with followers and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. - Collaborate with marketing, PR, and other teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment in messaging. - Stay up-to-date with current trends and emerging social media platforms to innovate and adapt strategies accordingly. Skills and Qualifications - 5-10 years of experience in social media management or related field. - Proven experience in developing social media strategies and executing campaigns. - Strong understanding of various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer). - Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
