Job Description

Executive- Consumer Insights: Are you passionate about understanding consumer behavior and turning data into actionable insights Were looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team and support product development, marketing, and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

- Understand business objectives and define research needs.
- Conduct qualitative research through consumer calls, interviews, focus groups, and online communities.
- Develop research instruments like discussion guides, surveys, and questionnaires.
- Support data collection, analysis, and the preparation of reports.
- Summarize consumer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for product improvement.
- Maintain organized records of all research activities and ensure compliance with data privacy standards.

Key Requirements:

- Strong qualitative research skills (moderating calls, writing discussion guides).
- Experience of 1-2 years in Consumer Insights
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Understanding of qualitative research methodologies.
- Comfortable using MS Office, Google Sheets.
- Strong coordination and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with Product testing methodologies (monadic, sequential, sensory, HUTs)
- Exposure to personal care product testing is a plus
