We are a fast-growing digital marketing and website development company that helps brands build a strong online presence through strategic web solutions and performance marketing. Were expanding our client base and looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to be part of our growth journey.
Role Overview:
As a BDE, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, nurturing incoming leads provided by our digital marketing team, and converting them into paying clients. Your success will directly impact the growth of our agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads independently through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold outreach, online platforms, etc.
- Engage and convert leads provided by the digital marketing team.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements and pitch tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential clients.
- Maintain lead and sales data using CRM tools and prepare regular updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding after deal closure.
- Meet a monthly target of 5 successful client conversions (combined from self-generated + marketing leads).
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role in a Digital Marketing Agency.
- Proven experience in lead generation and sales conversion for digital services (SEO, social media, web development, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong research and outbound outreach abilities.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
